Creative

A background in fine art has given Paul a lifelong passion for visual media and craft making. His always colourful, whimsical, wonderful, Toronto-based jewelry business Paul’s Trinkets features his beaded jewelry and custom accessories. Overall, adornment for Paul is synonymous with celebration and self determination. Alongside a deep love for accessories, Paul also is profoundly interested in visual art from around the world. As an exhibited artist, Paul is particularly inspired in his work by colourful depictions of nature and multi media experimentation. His secondary education included classical training in drawing, painting, lithography printing and sculpting, studying worldly techniques and theories of art. Outside of traditional art, Paul also makes pieces with soapstone, recycled plastic, textiles, clay, collage and other tactile mediums.
